"Summit Lift Company and Outdoor Engineers Crew installed concrete foundations for 8 passenger funicular at Element 52 in Telluride Colorado, during winter of 2009. Rails and cabins have now been installed and electrical work is now commencing. Element 52 is an exclusive and limited collection of luxury residences and townhomes nestled at the base of the ski mountain under construction. Future direct access to the Telluride Mountain Gondola, Chair 9 and Chair 7 will be via the 240' long funicular that climbs a 30 deg slope serving 9 landings for guests to access their terraced slopeside units in the short 75 sec bottom to top ride.

"Summit Lift Company and Outdoor Engineers crew in Sausalito, Ca during May, 2009. Crews removed and replaced 300 feet of corroded hillside elevator rail which had been misaligned over time as a result of seismic and unstable slope movement in the steep oceanfront location. This was the third part of a complete upgrade which included a new drive control, new electric motor and gear box, new safety system, repaired concrete foundations, and re engineered rail installation equipped with a state of art expansion plates."
